Comprehensive PlansRobert Worsley funded $250,000 for the planning and execution of these two county comprehensive plans since neither county had the money budgeted to comply with the new Arizona State law, "Growing Smarter Plus." The plans were due to the state in December 2003. Both counties are now in compliance.
